All equipment necessary to perform yoga is available at the studio for use at no charge.  We do recommend that you dress comfortably, bring some water or something to drink and possibly towel.
The most important thing though… show up! 🙂

        We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to our classes as soon as we are made aware of them and at the same time try and keep them to a minimum. Please check our Facebook page prior to attending classes if possible.

    My goal to slow down the aging process has been greatly enhanced by Jodi’s flow infusion class . i can’t imagine life without it.maybe a short video showing parts of it would increase attendance.Jodi Rocks

  2. Thanks Tom!!! I hope more people are willing to try something a little different this fall. I won’t say “new” because anyone familiar with Pilates or yoga will know a lot of the poses. In both Flow Infusion and PiYo we’re just using those poses in a different format, a little bit higher intensity. It’s a fun time!

  4. Hello, I’m very interested in coming in to purchase a 10 class punch card and would like to come to the gentle flow class on Monday at 10. Can I just come a little early and purchase card and go to the class?
